To investigate current bid opportunities:

• Proceed to the Bid Opportunities page.

To be added to the University's bidders' list:

• Print and return the vendor questionnaire*; or
• Fax or mail a letter to the Purchasing Office requesting a copy of the vendor questionnaire be mailed to you. Be sure to include your company's name, mailing address, and phone number in the request.

Once the questionnaire is completed and returned, the information will be entered into our database and your company's name may be included in future bid mailings.

The University reserves the right to remove a bidder's name from the University's bid list if the bidder fails to respond or consistently submits "No Bids" to the University's invitations for bid.
